3 and 4 Ply Surgical Mask
3 and 4 ply surgical masks are made with polypropylene spunbond, melt-blown nonwoven fabric and absorbtive fabric with adjustable nose strip to give maximum protection and comfort to the user.
A 3 layer mask consists of an outer hydrophobic non-woven layer (translucent), middle melt-blown layer (white), and an inner soft absorbent non-woven layer (green, blue, or white). A 4 layer mask has an extra layer with an activated carbon filter or one more filtering layer.
